Practical access for demanding building work
A leaking roof edge, loose facade detail or blocked high-level gutter cannot be left simply because it is hard to reach. We use planned rope-access methods to inspect, clean, repair and maintain commercial and managed residential buildings in Uxbridge. Our founders bring over 15 years of combined experience, including major construction sites. We plan each task around the building, the people using it and the result you need.

Less equipment and less site disruption
You can reach difficult parts of a building without filling the site with scaffolding or heavy access equipment. Our IRATA-certified technicians use rope access where it suits the structure and task, helping keep entrances, occupied areas and normal operations under control. We also install work-at-height safety products, carry out compliance checks and provide 24/7 reactive maintenance when an external defect needs urgent attention.
